Seeing as Picaro has begun jumping wheelbarrows to come investigate what's happening inside stalls, and is running full tilt getting into mischief when not doing that, he's totally a Rougey Boogey! A constant check six kind of situation!

AHHHHHHHHH I can't get a name for our new foal. His name is Zips Only Gucci, no barn name yet. Thinking Nemo or Shark Bait!

My horses' registered names are ridiculous, so they use barn names, my Appendix goes by a part of his registered name, and my Arab mare goes by a couple of initials from it, and the baby goes by Willow, which hasnothing to do with her registered name, I guess it just depends on the situation, and me, well I am far from prissy, I just like to keep it simple... ;)

All of my horses just use barn names because they are not registered so they don't have any other names except when they don't do what they are supose to. I have been calling my guilding drunk lately because he can't walk a staight line if he wanted to.

Well my new horse was a rescue and he did not have a name. He was in a round pen isolated when I met him. He had hurt a few people in town so he was named Bad Ass. Well now that name did not sit easy with me. I worked with him and called him all kinds of names, like jerk, grouchy, butt head and oh boy the list goes on. Then finally four days into it this new horse emerged from under those names and I decided on Nova.
He knows his name now and when I call out Nova he neighs, so I stuck with Nova. His full name is Cowboy Cassanova

Our Horses get called a lot of things but mostly barn names. Names for registration purposes have gotten so long who can remember the whole thing.D

My lawn ornament is in heat so we are breeding her to Gucci Only hopefully it works this time. She has done nothing for us for three years since we bought her.

We have horses that go by a barn name and some that go by a portion of their registered name. It just depends on the personality of each horse. It seems as though the "prissy" horses we have had go by their registered names and the laid back ones have simple barn names.
