Ground work is so important before you do anything else. Taking the time to connect to each other will determine how well your session is going to go. I love playing in the round pen together for hours and then following it up with a nice trail ride through the tall pines.

I'm a level 3 Parelli student. I've been at it since 1997 so had to pass the really tough stuff. I'm also 66+ and train my own Arabians. I'm located in Lake City, Fl. Is there anyone out there near me???? Would love to get together with more Parelli people. The over 40 farts... are really youngsters to me. LOL
Hey gals, what is the difference between the levels and the stars. Are the stars past the levels? We were told by Linda Parelli after she had handled our mule, that the mules training was that of a level 7, so I was just wondering what that may have meant. cheers..
There will be a clinic here in Campbell Hall, NY with 3 star Parelli Instructor Kelly Sigler on August 14th-August 16th. Come audit for a day or sign up by August 1st to bring a horse. Please contact me for further info & I will guide you in the right direction. Going to be a great weekend!!!
there is no way to train a horse but to become a friend and then the horse will give you His/Her all people ask me if I brake horses I always say nope I train when you "brake " the horse you brake it's spirit
We just got a new boarder that does Parelli and I am excited about that. Yea! Another person who likes to dance with their horse. I love doing liberty work and it will be neat to watch how she does hers too.
Working with horses is time intensive with much of the work being done without a lot of help. Check out Top Ten Timesavers in this month's Stable Management (the link will open in a new window)!
