How do I Chat?

U Rock 'n Ride is back and we have a new and improved Chat component. There are a couple of things you'll want to keep in mind when using U Rock Chat.

In the lower right navigation on your screen, you'll see a chat bubble. When you mouse over it "Start Chatting" appears. Click on the bubble. The status bar now says "Who's Online." If you want to chat, click on a friend's name or search for them where you see "Find a User." A chat window will open, type your message and hit return. Your message will appear in the window. Chat away.

Want to invite a few friends to a group chat? Easily done! In the lower navigation bar, look left and scroll over the Chatrooms icon. Click on it. You've entered the Group Chatroom lobby. See a chat in place you want to join? Click on it. Want to start a new chat? Click on "Create Chatroom." Name your Chatroom and decide if you want it to be Public, Password-Protected or an Invitation Only Room. No problem.

Want to supersize it? Hit "Popout" and there you go. The Popout feature allows you to keep the chat going easily even if you're surfing sites other than U Rock 'n Ride. Not sure why you'd ever want to leave us even for a moment, but when necessary you have the option.

You'll notice you can also play games with users, handwrite a mesage, view your chat history, clear your chat history, and show/hide the time by scrolling over the icons in the U Rock 'n Ride Chat component
