I forgot my username or password.

Too much stuff milling around in your head?  We can relate.  If you forgot your username you can click on "Forgot your username?" on the home page and we'll send it to you instantly. If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" and we'll send you a new one. In both instances you'll be asked to give us your email address and type in the security characters shown on the page. Click on "submit" and that will instantaneously auto-generate an email with either your username or a new password. Usually doesn't take more than a minute or two for you receive an email back from us.

If we've given you a new password because the one you created slipped your mind, you'll want to change your new password to something you'll actually remember. To do this, log in and click on "Edit Account Details" in the drop down under "the barn." You'll now be able to see the fields where you can insert your new password. We recommend doing that right away since the jumbled letters and numbers we generate on your behalf are super secure, but impossible to remember!
